ExoticWhips traces its roots to 2014, when Mark Pugachev funded a small startup with his own savings and parked four supercars in a temperature-controlled garage in Wynwood. By 2015 the favor between enthusiasts had a name — Pugachev Miami — and the keys were going out to friends, athletes, and the friends those people knew.
