Cancellation Policy

Reservation retainer

When a reservation is made, ExoticWhips authorizes the renter’s credit card for a non-refundable retainer of 20% to 40% of the total rental cost. The retainer may also be paid by wire transfer. The retainer holds the vehicle and delivery window and reserves inventory, staffing, and logistics.

Cancellation deadline

If a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled pickup time, the renter is not entitled to a refund of prepaid amounts. Same-day cancellations are final and non-refundable.

Date changes and modifications

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be approved by ExoticWhips in writing.
• If a reservation is modified, the new rate, delivery fee, minimum rental period, and deposit may differ from the original quote.
• No-shows and refusal to provide required documents may result in forfeiture of the retainer and applicable charges.

Vehicle substitution

If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, accident, delayed return, or another issue outside ExoticWhips’s control, we may offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle when possible. If no suitable replacement is available, the customer may choose a credit toward a future rental or a refund of eligible prepaid amounts.

Weather and force majeure

Cancellation fees may be waived at ExoticWhips’s discretion for unforeseen events such as severe weather, hurricane warnings, government restrictions, road closures, airport disruptions, or natural disasters. ExoticWhips will work with the customer on a practical solution based on availability and safety.

Early returns

Early returns do not automatically reduce the rental charge. The renter receives a credit toward a future ExoticWhips rental in the amount of the unused rental days. The credit must be approved in writing and depends on the vehicle, duration, rate type, and whether the vehicle can be rebooked.
