• Reservation details such as selected vehicle, rental dates, delivery address, driver information, insurance details, payment status, and service notes.
• Identity verification documents such as driver license, passport, and proof of insurance, collected only when required to release a vehicle.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, referring pages, pages viewed, and cookie or analytics identifiers.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, verify eligibility, confirm reservations, deliver vehicles, process payments, and provide concierge support.
• To improve site performance, measure advertising effectiveness, personalize communication, prevent fraud, and protect our vehicles, team, customers, and business.
• To send service updates, reservation messages, and marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, and similar technologies to understand site traffic, improve the browsing experience, measure campaigns, and help deliver relevant offers. Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies, although some site features may not function as intended. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a denied request. Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism in the site footer before any such use.

SMS and call communications

When you submit a request that includes a phone number, you consent to receive transactional and concierge messages by SMS, voice, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive email replies about your reservation.

Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain inquiry records for up to twenty-four months, completed-reservation records for up to seven years to satisfy tax, insurance, and legal hold obligations, and identity-verification documents only as long as required to release the vehicle and resolve any dispute.

International visitors

ExoticWhips operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By submitting an inquiry you consent to that transfer.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under the age of sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact ombilyxans@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or to legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
