Rental Terms & Conditions

Reservation and rental agreement

A confirmed reservation does not replace the final rental agreement. Every rental is subject to vehicle availability, identity verification, payment approval, deposit authorization, and execution of the rental agreement at or before delivery.

Driver eligibility

• The primary renter must present a valid driver license, a major credit card, and proof of full-coverage auto insurance in the renter’s name unless ExoticWhips confirms an alternate coverage option in writing.
• Drivers must generally be at least 21 years old. Select exotic, high-horsepower, or ultra-luxury vehicles may require a higher minimum age.
• International renters may use a valid foreign license. ExoticWhips may request a passport and, where applicable, an international driving permit.
• The renter must have a clean driving record. A history of severe moving violations or DUI may result in the reservation being denied.
• Up to two additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement. The same age, license, insurance, and driving-record requirements apply to every additional driver.
• Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Accepted payment methods

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for the rental balance and security deposit.
• Cashier’s checks are accepted if delivered to ExoticWhips 7–10 days before the rental start date.
• Personal checks may be accepted at ExoticWhips’ discretion as a form of payment for damages identified at vehicle return.

Security deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. Deposit amounts are vehicle-specific and generally range from $1,000 to $7,000.
• The deposit is held by authorization on a major credit card in the renter’s name. Cash deposits are returned after the rental period if no damages or other charges are incurred.
• The renter authorizes ExoticWhips to apply the deposit toward damages, missing fuel, cleaning, tolls, tickets, late returns, mileage overages, impound fees, or any other amounts owed under the agreement.
• If damage is found at return, ExoticWhips will perform an on-site evaluation and deduct the assessed amount from the deposit.
• Deposit releases are processed after vehicle return and inspection. Bank processing times are controlled by the renter’s card issuer.

Rental balance and fees

The rental balance, applicable taxes, delivery fees, coverage fees, and optional services are due before vehicle release unless otherwise stated in writing. The full rental amount is generally charged in advance or on the day of the rental.

Mileage

• Mileage allowance depends on the vehicle category. Exotic vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Rolls-Royce are limited to 100 miles per day. All other vehicles include 150 miles per day.
• Miles in excess of the daily allowance are charged at $4.00 per mile for exotic vehicles and $3.00 per mile for all other vehicles. Overage charges are calculated at vehicle return and deducted from the deposit.
• A discounted prepaid mileage package may be purchased before the rental begins: $3.00 per mile for exotic vehicles and $2.00 per mile for all other vehicles.

Fuel

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered unless prepaid fuel is included. A refueling charge of $5.00 per gallon applies when the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at delivery.

Tolls, tickets, and towing

• A flat toll fee of $15.00 per rental day applies and is collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
• The renter is responsible for traffic citations, red-light camera tickets, parking violations, towing, impound, and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period.
• Towing charges and damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and may be billed to the renter directly. The rental may continue once charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

Weekend minimum rental

A two-day minimum rental applies on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A one-day weekend rental may be available on a non-guaranteed basis depending on inventory.

Vehicle use

• Vehicles may not be used for racing, track driving, drifting, towing, off-road driving, ride-share service, illegal activity, or any purpose that exposes the vehicle to abnormal wear or risk.
• Smoking, vaping, pets, reckless driving, and unauthorized mechanical adjustments are prohibited unless ExoticWhips gives written permission.
• Vehicles must remain within the state of Florida and may not be driven beyond 100 miles from the ExoticWhips office unless an approved travel area is listed in the rental agreement.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery and pickup are available across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties — including Miami Beach, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Aventura, Coral Gables, and Fort Lauderdale, as well as hotels, residences, marinas, event venues, and airports such as Miami International Airport, Opa-Locka Executive Airport, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
• Free delivery and pickup is provided within standard service areas during ExoticWhips operating hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Deliveries or pickups outside operating hours are subject to a surcharge of $50 to $250 depending on location and distance.
• For deliveries outside the standard service area, a transport fee applies based on distance and may include a flatbed curbside delivery option.
• Customers should allow a 1.5-hour delivery window. The renter must be present with required documents at delivery and return.

Late returns

Late returns may be billed in hourly or daily increments and may affect subsequent reservations.

Final agreement controls

These terms summarize the general rental framework. If a signed rental agreement, quote, invoice, or written confirmation includes different vehicle-specific terms, that document controls for the reservation.
